     Horizontal Flaring Machine of steel wheel rim production line

The horizontal flaring machine is a special equipment for flaring wheel rims. The machine includes host device, hydraulic system and electric control system, which features simple and reasonable layout, good performance for centering, one-time flaring task can be processed. Its working pressure, working speed and stroke range can be adjusted according to the needs of the process technology. It can be operated by manual mode and automatic mode.

Features of the horizontal flaring machine
1. The wheel rim of the flaring equipment comes with an integrally designed frame structure that allows for a high strength and stable operation.
2. The flaring form is controllable and the flaring amount can be adjusted quickly.
3. The rim flaring tool is designed with 12 pyramids. Rim edges are flared using passive sliding friction instead of forward extrusion, which reduces stress on the molds and increases their service lives up to 10 times longer.
4. Flaring dies are horizontally fixed on the lathe bed. Flaring is driven by the hydraulic oil cylinder, enabling its high precision.
5. The horizontal flaring machine can also be equipped with an automatic load/unload system for achieving unmanned operation.
6. The material feeding unit has an online inspection function that can automatically recognize and sort out the rims with a cracked weld.

1 Delivery Time
The manufacturing time will be 4-6 months from the date of receipted down payment.

1 month for factory testing (buyer come to factory for testing), optimize and customs clearance procedure.

3 Factory Testing

The Buyer can send engineers to Manufacturer's factory for testing those machines before delivery if it is necessary, and the cost of Buyer's engineers including flight, train, hotel and meals shall be at Buyer's own cost.

4 Warranty

The manufacturer shall guarantee the machines are brand new and correspond in all respects with the quality, specifications and performance as stipulated in this agreement, and also guarantee that the machines when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained, will give satisfactory performance for a period of 12 months.
