Air Leak Testing Machine
The leak testing machine is flled with tracer gas inside the workpiece, and the gas leaked from the workpiece isdetected by the gas sensor buil in the detector, then operator can find the product defects of the fracture and leakage.Use this principle to detect the welding quality of the rim, by detecting the amount of gas leakage to determine whetherthe product is qualified.
Main Features

2. Carbon dioxide gas is used as test medium, which issafe and environment protecting. Carbon dioxide testsensor can response quickly and test the change in value in very short time.
3. It has excellent antiinterference performance. Canwork continuously in completed environment andwill not be disturbed by atmospheric compositionchanges. it has long service life, safe and environmentprotecting.
4. At manual mode it requires one worker to operatemachine. The test efficiency is 5 pcs. /min.
Structure
1. Our leak testing machine consists of three parts: main machine, hydraulic transmission device and electrical control device.
The main machine includes: machine body, lower mold, upper mold, work platform, oil cylinder.
2. The hydraulic transmission device includes an oil tank, oil pump-motor unit, building block valve, etc. The electrical device includes electrical control box and electrical operation box.
3. The main machine and hydraulic transmission device are installed on concrete foundation, which is shown on attached drawing. The electrical box is fixed on the side of body.

Factory Testing
The Buyer can send engineers to Manufacturer's factory for testing those machines before delivery if it is necessary, and the cost of Buyer's engineers including flight, train, hotel and meals shall be at Buyer's own cost.
Warranty
The manufacturer shall guarantee the machines are brand new and correspond in all respects with the quality, specifications and performance as stipulated in this agreement, and also guarantee that the machines when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained, will give satisfactory performance for a period of 12 months since the date of arrived in Buyer's port.
