Main Features
1. The bed, spindle and its transmission system, rotary wheel seat and other parts of the spinning machine have sufficient rigidity
2. The transverse and longitudinal feed mechanism of the rotary wheel seat adopts a hydraulic system (anti-type valve - Taiwan Oil Research Institute), and the product is rotated out through the anti-profile plate to generate sufficient rotation pressure to meet the process requirements.
3. The ordinary spinning machine uses one more rotating wheel, but in order to balance the radial force during spinning, reduce the bending deflection, deflection and vibration of the spindle and mold core, the auxiliary forming wheel is generally plural, and symmetrical configuration relative to the main axis, and the lateral longitudinal feed of the rotary wheel adopts hydraulic control, which is also to improve the accuracy of its spinning parts.
4. The spindle has sufficient transmission torque and power to ensure the rotation pressure.
5. The spindle adopts heavy-duty rolling bearings to withstand the large working force generated by the rotary wheel and tailstock cylinder during spinning, and to cool and lubricate the spindle and its bearings well.
6. The upper cylinder makes the top tightening block produce sufficient top tightening force to ensure the clamping of the blank during the work, and at the same time, it can also help to improve the rigidity requirements of the rotating part such as the spindle wheel.
Main Structure
1. Main machine structure.The main machine is vertical structure: mainly bed, four columns, top cylinder, upper beam and so on. Left and right sides of the match can be vertical and horizontal movement of the rotating wheel structure and front-rear device. Under the control of power system, program control system, hydraulic control system, electrical control system, lubrication system, cooling system and so on, the ideal product can be spun out according to the pre-design.
2. Lathe bed structure. The bed is welded by steel plate and is the foundation of the whole machine. The power system, four-column mechanism and spinning roller assembly are all installed here.
3. Power system structure. The power system is mainly composed of motor, motor seat, active and passive pulley, belt, active gear shaft, driven gear, spindle, spindle bearing room, bearing and so on. The motor drives the spindle to rotate through the belt and gear.
4. Left and right spinning roller mechanism structure. The left and right spinning roller mechanism is mainly composed of left and right longitudinal cylinder, ram, guide rail and so on. The longitudinal cylinder is installed in the ram, and the piston rod is connected with the bed. Coarse and fine rotating wheel, rotating wheel bearing chamber, transverse ram and transverse oil cylinder are respectively installed on the left and right longitudinal ram. Under the control of hydraulic copying valve, the motion of rim surface is completed.
