The horizontal flaring machine is an important piece of rim equipment in wheel rim production lines. It is designed to flare rims after the welding and re-rounding processes. The machine can flare both edges on the rim into a horn mouth, making it convenient for the following roll forming process.

Main Features

1. The wheel rim of the flaring equipment comes with an integrally designed frame structure that allows for a high strength and stable operation.
2. The flaring form is controllable and the flaring amount can be adjusted quickly.
3. The rim flaring tool has adapted new design. Rim edges are flared using passive sliding friction instead of forward extrusion, which reduces stress on the molds and increases their service lives up to 10 times longer.
4. Flaring dies are horizontally fixed on the lathe bed. Flaring is driven by the hydraulic oil cylinder, enabling its high precision.
5. The horizontal flaring machine can also be equipped with an automatic load/unload system for achieving unmanned operation.
6. The material feeding unit has an online inspection function that can automatically recognize and sort out the rims with a cracked weld.

Delivery Time
The delivery time will be around 1-4 months from the date of receipted down payment.

Payment Terms
The payment terms will be T/T based on FOB Qingdao, China trade terms.

Factory Testing
The Buyer can send engineers to Manufacturer's factory for testing those machines before delivery if it is necessary, and the cost of Buyer's engineers including flight, train, hotel and meals shall be at Buyer's own cost.

Warranty
The manufacturer shall guarantee the machines are brand new and correspond in all respects with the quality, specifications and performance as stipulated in this agreement, and also guarantee that the machines when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained, will give satisfactory performance for a period of 12 months since the date of arrived in Buyer's port.
