Light weight, high strength and an attractive appearance have become the basic requirements for choosing passenger car wheels. High strength plates are also become popular materials for steel wheels. In order to accommodate fast and large scale production of automatic and efficient wheel disc production lines, manufacturers have higher requirements for the standardized production and the service life of the dies.
As a Chinese specialist designer and manufacturer of wheel production tooling, Xiaoya has developed tools and dies for high strength plate wheel rim and disc manufacturing that are suitable for automatic wheel disc stamping lines. According to the production process, there are 8 sets of dies in a complete wheel disc profiling, punching and reshaping process. The specific dies are shown as follows.
Desingn Capacity

We currently employ more than 50 professional technicians, and are well-versed in both domestic and international die material standards, such as the Chinese GB, American AISI, German SIN, Japanese JIS and others. In addition, we have a qualified purchasing system that is ISO 9001 certified, which ensure that the raw materials can meet design and manufacturing requirements.
We have a diverse range of advanced production equipment for wheel disc tooling wheel rim tooling and stamping tool manufacturing, including a large scale gantry machining center, horizontal machining center, vacuum quenching furnace, 1600T stamping line and other equipment.

Warranty
The manufacturer shall guarantee the machines are brand new and correspond in all respects with the quality, specifications and performance as stipulated in this agreement, and also guarantee that the machines when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained, will give satisfactory performance.
