Steel wheel rim and disc Press-fitting machine

Press-fitting machine is used for assembly of small size disc and rim. It can press disc into rim precisely and can manually adjust offset distance between disc and rim. It also can locate accurately, which can guarantee disc and rims run-out after welding. The whole equipment adopts four-pillar structure, which can guarantee the machine body to keep its rigidity during assembly and can provide their concentricity.

The press-fitting machine is composed of pre-pressing cylinder, pull rod, sliding block, base seat, main oil cylinder and necessary molds.

Main structure

The mainframe of the machine adopts frame structure. It makes up of upper and lower beams, slide, columns, guide and so on.All parts are the result of Tianduan's many years of design experience, finite element analysis and other modern design means and strong manufacturing capacity.
The welding parts of each part are manufactured by integrated design, welding and internal stress relief according to Tianduan standard.

Factory Testing

The Buyer can send engineers to Manufacturer's factory for testing those machines before delivery if it is necessary, and the cost of Buyer's engineers including flight, train, hotel and meals shall be at Buyer's own cost.

 Warranty

The manufacturer shall guarantee the machines are brand new and correspond in all respects with the quality, specifications and performance as stipulated in this agreement, and also guarantee that the machines when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained, will give satisfactory performance for a period of 12 months
