TRADE Terms
1 Delivery Time
The manufacturing time will be 6 months from the date of receipted down payment.
1 month for factory testing (buyer come to factory for testing), optimize and customs clearance procedure.

3 Factory Testing
The Buyer can send engineers to Manufacturer's factory for testing those machines before delivery if it is necessary, and the cost of Buyer's engineers including flight, train, hotel and meals shall be at Buyer's own cost.
4 Warranty
The manufacturer shall guarantee the machines are brand new and correspond in all respects with the quality, specifications and performance as stipulated in this agreement, and also guarantee that the machines when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained, will give satisfactory performance for a period of 12 months since the date of arrived in Buyer's port.
5 Offer Validity:
Price validity: 60 days from the date of this quotation.
