Valve Hole Piercing Machine

 

During the wheel rim manufacturing process, formed and sized rims still need a valve hole punched in them using a machine press. Xiaoya Precision Machinery Company supplies valve hole punching presses for pressing and punching valve holes on the tubeless wheel rims. This hole punching machine uses a dual power hydraulic system and is comprised of the main machine, the drive mechanism, and the electrical control cabinet.

During operation, the press needs tools. The valve hole punching tool has 2 functions, one is flattening the mount-seat of valve, another is punching valve hole, the 2 functions can be processed at same time.
The flattening tool is composed of upper tool and lower tool, the punching tool including punching pin, guide bushing and punching die, punching pin will mounted with press' hydraulic cylinder, shown as below drawing:

The delivery time will be around 1-4 months from the date of receipted down payment.

Payment Terms
The payment terms will be T/T based on FOB Qingdao, China trade terms.

Factory Testing
The Buyer can send engineers to Manufacturer's factory for testing those machines before delivery if it is necessary, and the cost of Buyer's engineers including flight, train, hotel and meals shall be at Buyer's own cost.

Warranty
The manufacturer shall guarantee the machines are brand new and correspond in all respects with the quality, specifications and performance as stipulated in this agreement, and also guarantee that the machines when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained, will give satisfactory performance for a period of 12 months since the date of arrived in Buyer's port.
